Stunning dress, true to size and the fabric and tailoring are top notch! It’s very flattering and I have received many compliments. I’m 5’3″ and the hemline comes down to very slightly above my knees. Can be worn year round, with sandals or boots and it’s roomy enough to layer underneath in colder weather. The waist elastic is very stretchy and the shoulders, arms and neck are not confining. The sleeves are a perfect length and the fabric print is very pretty. Thank you Scoop!
