Only reason i didnt give 5 star is because the stardard average size in the usa for adult and teens is size 16 to 18. And the black fabric under the skirt is NOT there.
I bought the all white one with the black and white shorts under the skirt. It was only all white. no black. A size 4xl on their chart is an average size 18 in usa! I am not fat hilariously. Just big boned wide hips and large breast with medium waist. So 4XL is a little disconcerning reading instead of 18. Other then that.
The fabric is soft! A lovely bright white. Reminds me of swimsuit material and nylons. I absolutely love it. It will work well for this summer. Going to get some more soon. Thank you ^-^
