The material is sheer/ negligee vibes type but I fell in love with pattern and the print! I thought it was a soft cotton but again it’s more of a sheer curtain type. Great for spring/ summer days as it’s pretty and not heavy. The sewing is quick 1-2-3 type, especially at the torso and neckline, I don’t know how well it will hold up long term. There is fine pleating at the waistline and I will take it in some as it just puffs out and makes hips look bigger. The length is perfect about an inch past the knee and it very much gives princess vibes when I tried it on. I really wanted to love this dress but the price does not match the quality. That being said I am keeping it as I love the style the cut of the bodice and the pattern. I am 5’6” and wear WM 12top, 14-16 bottom. I bought xl and could put it on over my head without unzipping.
